Objective
As standard practice from ADJ, we submitted a detailed programme of works with highlighted phasing plan to our client and all effected tenants before any works commenced. We also want to ensure that everyone involved is fully aware of the works and how they can help if necessary. Due to nearby residential properties, this project was carried out during normal working hours.
Outcome
Works were completed exactly to our programme of works with very minimal disruption. Closing large sections of parking in a retail park is obviously going to cause disruption, but our dedicated traffic management teams ensured visiting customers found alternative parking safely and efficiently.
