Dec Marshall
Director
Dec has worked in the surfacing and civil engineering industry from the age of 16. He has extensive knowledge and understanding of matching a client’s requirements with the optimum surfacing solution. His keen eye, and broad, all round knowledge of the surfacing industry ensures management, safety, value engineering, co-ordination and effective commercial management to deliver all projects to their pre-determined programmes. Dec plays a vital role in the ADJ management team, liaising with customers, maintaining key relationships, negotiating with suppliers and preparing for projects.
James Graham
Director
James has worked in the Industry for over 25 years and has a wide range of experience in both civil engineering and surfacing projects. With a degree in Quantity Surveying, James is actively involved in the surveying, estimating and tender submission process for ADJ. As a director, he takes an active interest in company policy and keeping abreast of current legislation and trends in the industry, as well as forging new client relationships.
He is a member of the IAT, CIHT and ICE.
Paul Friskney
Commercial Manager
Paul is our Commercial and Engineering Consultant. Paul has been involved in the surfacing and civil engineering industry for nearly 40 years and has an extensive product knowledge together with commercial aspects. He is a member of the Institute of Asphalt Technology (MIAT) and the Road Surface Dressing Association (RSDA)
Lewis Barrett
Project Manager
Lewis joined the ADJ team in March 2020 following over 10 years working within the surfacing industry. Previous employment saw him spend most of his time on the tools, gathering a vast amount of hands on experience. He now steps up to the next natural position with his appointment as project manager for Team ADJ. A fantastic attitude and great personality which will see him progress very rapidly at this company.
Simon Pinder
Client Relationship Manager
Simon has joined team ADJ to head up and develop our growing and diverse client base. Using his 20 years experience, he will ensure all our clients continue to receive the exceptional customer service ADJ have become renowned for. Understanding their projects requirements is a key part of our business and we ensure our clients get the correct solution, delivered to the highest standard.
