Objective
Following our clients yearly site assessment, Phase 2 of the car park required resurfacing. ADJ Surfacing priced a competitive tender and was awarded the resurfacing of this 4290m2 area. We also installed numerous column protectors to the existing street lights. Due to the vast amount of visitors this centre receives, works were carried out after retailers closed.
Outcome
Following meticulous planning, we phased this project into 4 night shifts ensuring the retailers were not disrupted during these works. After each shift, the car park was handed back complete so all parking spaces were made available during their opening hours.
